Kenzie
I’ve loved dogs and learning about their behavior for as long as I can remember. I’ve been working with dogs professionally for four years and spent the last two learning from a close friend - one of the most highly recommended trainers in the Snohomish area. I started out teaching my childhood dogs tricks, but adopting my Malinois/Great Pyrenees mix in 2022 changed everything. He taught me what it means to live with a challenging dog and inspired me to help other owners through similar experiences.
I take a unique, tailored approach with every dog I work with and especially enjoy helping reactive, nervous, or big-feeling dogs build confidence. My training plans are realistic, goal-based, and designed to fit smoothly into everyday life. I’m currently working toward certification and always expanding my knowledge through new research. When I’m not training, you’ll usually find me out on the trails or practicing obedience with my own dog - because your dog’s world is only as big as you make it!

I’m a lifelong dog lover with 10 years of experience in animal care and professional training. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Health and Behavior and am an AKC-certified trainer, with a focus on building confidence, improving leash manners, and helping newly adopted rescue dogs settle into their homes. My calm, structured approach targets real-world behavior that makes life easier at home and on the trail.
I’m especially passionate about supporting shy or nervous dogs through clear communication, purposeful movement, and confidence-building exposure. When I’m not training, I’m out exploring Washington’s trails with my own dogs and continuing my education in modern canine behavior.
